A web development agency that does not cost you your rankings
Most redesigns look better and perform worse. The design gets signed off on a screenshot, the URLs change, the redirect map is written the week of launch, and six weeks later organic traffic is down 40% with nobody able to say exactly why. We build the site and the search continuity as one job.
WHAT YOU GET
Custom web development, end to end
Built on Next.js and deployed on Vercel, because that combination gives the most performance per hour spent. The stack is a means, not the pitch.
Custom builds
Templates, content models, and integrations designed around how your team actually publishes, not around a theme you have to fight.
SEO-safe redesigns
Every ranking URL inventoried and mapped before a line is written. Redirects are permanent, tested, and measured against the pre-launch baseline.
Core Web Vitals
Performance budgets set at the start and enforced through the build. Third-party scripts are interaction-gated rather than dropped in the head.
Technical SEO baked in
Rendering strategy, URL structure, internal linking, schema, and sitemaps decided during the build instead of retrofitted after launch.
Accessibility
Semantic markup, keyboard paths, and contrast checked as part of the work. It is also the cheapest way to get the structure right for crawlers.
Handover you can run
Your team can publish without us. A site only we can update is a dependency we do not want to sell you.

HOW IT WORKS
From audit to launch without a traffic cliff
A focused rebuild runs 4 to 8 weeks. The redirect mapping is scoped explicitly, because it is the step that cannot be safely compressed.
Baseline
Inventory every URL that earns impressions today, with its rankings and traffic. This is the number the rebuild will be judged against.
Architect
URL structure, content model, and template system. Old-to-new redirect map written here, not the week of launch.
Build
Templates, integrations, and performance work in parallel, on preview deployments you can click through as they land.
Launch and watch
Redirects verified, sitemap resubmitted, then Search Console watched daily for the first fortnight. Regressions get caught in days.
Why redesigns lose traffic
Rankings attach to URLs, not to businesses. When a rebuild changes the URL structure, every ranking page is a new page as far as a search engine is concerned, and the authority the old one accumulated does not transfer on its own. A permanent redirect passes most of it. A missing redirect passes none.
The reason this keeps happening is that the redirect map is treated as launch-week cleanup rather than as a deliverable. By then the person who knew which old URLs mattered has moved on, and the inventory gets rebuilt from the CMS rather than from Search Console, which misses every page that ranked but was not linked in the nav.
The fix is unglamorous: pull the ranking URLs first, map them deliberately, and measure after. It adds days, not weeks, and it is the difference between a redesign that compounds and one that resets you to zero.
- Every URL earning impressions inventoried before the build starts
- Permanent redirects, tested, with no chains and no loops
- Search Console watched daily for two weeks after launch
- Performance budget enforced through the build, not measured at the end
