White Space Solutions is an AI and automation company founded in 2024 and based in Charlotte, NC, serving real estate investors and sales-driven teams across the United States. I'm an engineer. I've spent 15 years building systems for complex businesses, and somewhere in there I became a real estate investor too. A 21-unit portfolio across two states. A building in Chicago I bought when the market was falling apart. Deals I ran while holding down a demanding job.
What I saw inside real estate stopped me. Multimillion-dollar operations running on spreadsheets, personal cell phones, and text-message chains. Leads going straight to voicemail. Mailers going out with no follow-up behind them. Good businesses held together by hustle and hope.
I'd seen the same pattern in tech, and I knew how to fix it. So I started building. White Space Solutions is the infrastructure I wanted back when I was the one drowning in broken systems.
