Process automation

AI Workflow Automation Services for teams that outgrew the spreadsheet

Most businesses do not have an automation problem. They have five tools that do not talk, a process nobody has written down, and one person who knows how it really works. We map the process, build it in n8n, Make, or code, connect it to the systems you already run, and keep it working after launch.

WHAT WE AUTOMATE

Business process automation services

Business process automation runs a whole multi-step process in software: the trigger, the data, the validation, the branching, the handoffs, and the record of what happened. These are the five we are asked for most.

Automated data collection

Forms, CRMs, and support tickets feed one central database instead of five disconnected ones. Includes validation and error handling, so bad data gets caught rather than propagated.

Platform integration

Your CRM talks to Slack, your dialer talks to your database, your booking tool talks to everything. Real-time updates and cross-platform workflows instead of copy and paste.

Cross-department workflows

Sales, marketing, and support processes designed and implemented end to end. The handoffs stop depending on someone remembering to make them.

Form and alert routing

Real-time notification systems for submissions and events, routed to the person who can act on them, with the context they need already attached.

Automated data processing

Cleaning, transformation, and analysis on a schedule, with custom scripts and dashboards at the end of it. The report builds itself.

HOW IT WORKS

Workflow automation services, from audit to running system

Projects run 2 to 10 weeks depending on scope. A form notification system is about 2 weeks. Cross-department workflow automation is 6 to 8 weeks.

01

Map

We walk the process as it actually runs, not as the org chart says it runs. Every step gets sorted into rules, judgment, or waste.

02

Build

Rules become workflows. Judgment becomes AI with a defined scope. Waste gets deleted rather than automated, which is the step most projects skip.

03

Integrate

The automation connects to the systems already holding your data. No parallel source of truth, no second place to check.

04

Monitor

Automations fail quietly. Monitoring and error handling mean a broken workflow surfaces the same day, not at the end of the quarter.

PLATFORMS

Built on n8n, Make, Zapier, or code

We are not a single-platform shop, which means the tool gets chosen for the problem instead of the problem getting bent to the tool.

PlatformBest fitWhere it runs out
ZapierSimple, linear handoffs between mainstream SaaS tools.Cost climbs fast with volume, and branching logic gets unwieldy.
MakeBranching logic you need to see, with a visual audit trail per run.Harder to version and review as a team than real code.
n8nSelf-hosting, version control, and logic that has outgrown a canvas.Needs someone who can operate it. That is usually why people call us.
Custom codeAnything with real scale, unusual constraints, or no vendor that fits.Higher upfront build, lower ceiling on what it can eventually do.

We compared three of these in depth in Make vs n8n vs Claude Code, and there is a beginner guide to n8n if you would rather build it yourself.

What an AI automation agency actually does

The term has been diluted by a wave of content about how to start one. The work itself is unglamorous and specific: find the repeated manual steps inside a business, decide which of them are rules and which need judgment, then replace the rules with workflows and the judgment with AI that has a defined scope.

The part that separates a working system from a demo is everything after the build. Integrations drift. APIs deprecate. A form gains a field and a workflow starts silently writing nulls. An automation nobody is watching is a liability with a countdown on it, which is why monitoring is part of the engagement rather than an upsell.

If you want the numbers side of the decision first, our workflow automation ROI calculator works out what a process actually costs you today, and the CRM workflow automation guide covers the most common starting point.

Working with an AI automation consultant usually starts with one of these:

  • A process that breaks whenever one specific person is on holiday
  • Data that lives in three systems and agrees in none of them
  • A team adding headcount to keep up with volume, not with strategy
  • An automation someone built in Zapier that nobody can now safely change
