- Response speed matters (inbound, event follow-up)
- Deals are $5,000-$100,000 range
- Budget for proper implementation
Weak fit:
- Still figuring out your sales messaging
- Very high-touch, relationship-based sales
- Deal values below $3,000 (math doesn't work)
- Highly regulated industries with compliance concerns
- No budget for 90-day optimization period
The hybrid approach works best for most: AI handles initial outreach and qualification. Humans handle conversations that matter. This gets you volume efficiency without sacrificing deal quality.
