AI employees built, connected, and run for you
AI employees are software agents with a defined job, the tools to do it, and a clear point where they hand work to a person. We build and run them for small and midsize businesses: a lead manager that follows up until the appointment is booked, a dispo agent that matches deals to buyers, an underwriting agent that runs the numbers, and more. We run these same roles in our own real estate operation. You get named roles with job descriptions, not a chat tab you have to manage.
WHAT YOU GET
Which AI employees can we build for you?
Each one has a job description, a set of tools, and a defined handoff. The first three are agents we run in our own operation.
Lead manager
Handles every message from first inquiry to a booked appointment. Qualifies the lead, follows up on a schedule, answers replies, and hands off when a person should take over.
Dispo agent
Matches each property to the buyers most likely to want it, then handles the outreach and the replies. A person still owns price negotiation and the buyer relationships.
Underwriting agent
Runs comps, builds the ARV, applies your SOP to the renovation budget, and calculates a cash offer and a novation offer. Your rules, not a generic template.
Receptionist
Answers every inbound call, qualifies the caller, and books the appointment during the call. Our voice agents recover 40%+ of leads from voicemail.
Call reviewer
Scores 100% of calls against your playbook, instead of the roughly 5% a manager has time to review by hand.
Operations assistant
Keeps the CRM clean, fills missing fields, flags leads nobody has touched, and sends a daily summary so a person can spot what looks wrong.

HOW IT WORKS
How does an AI employee go to work?
A first AI employee is a scoped sprint of 4 to 8 weeks. The job description comes first, because an agent without one improvises.
Write the job description
What it owns, what it never does, and exactly where it hands off to a person. This conversation prevents most of the problems.
Connect the tools
The CRM, phone, inbox, and calendar it needs, with permission to read and write only what the job requires.
Run it beside a person
It works alongside the human who does the role today while we review its output and tune it on real cases.
Operate it
Monitoring, evaluation on every change, and fixes when an API or a process shifts. Someone owns it after launch.
HOW WE DIFFER
Done for you, or a DIY AI employee app?
DIY apps are a reasonable place to experiment. They get harder to rely on once a role touches your leads, your calendar, and your money.
| Done for you | DIY AI employee app | |
|---|---|---|
| Who defines the job | We write the job description with you: scope, tools, and limits | You configure prompts and skills yourself |
| Connected to your systems | Built into your CRM, phone, and calendar | Often a separate workspace you copy from and paste into |
| When it gets something wrong | Validation, confirmation gates, and a handoff to a person | You notice it, or you do not |
| Who maintains it | We monitor it and fix it when an API or a process changes | You do |
| How you pay | A sprint from $9,999, or a retainer from $6,499 per month | A monthly subscription, plus your time |
What should an AI employee not do alone?
A good AI employee has a boundary. Ours do the repeatable part of a role and stop at the decision. The lead manager qualifies and follows up, then hands the booked appointment to a person. The dispo agent matches and messages buyers, and a person negotiates the price. The underwriting agent produces the offer numbers, and for anything with money attached we recommend a person reviews the output before it goes out.
On cost, a scoped sprint starts at $9,999 and runs 4 to 8 weeks. Ongoing, the retainer is $6,499 per month on a 6 month engagement, or $7,999 per month month to month, and it covers all five pillars rather than one role. Voice agents run as an add-on at $799 per month. Compare that to the hours the role costs today, including the ones lost when the person is busy or out.
We run the lead manager, dispo, and underwriting agents in our own operation, so we know where each one breaks. That is the experience we bring to yours.
- A written job description for every role
- A defined handoff to a person at every decision with money or a relationship attached
- Review of anything with money attached before it goes out
- Monitoring, so a silent failure surfaces the same day
